Commission

Xaymaca keeps 15% of the gross service price of each paid booking: your listed price × guests (or per booking), before tips. You keep 85%. Bookings made through your own embed widget use 13%. Tips are passed to you minus a 5% card processing fee.

72-hour hold

Earnings stay pending until 72 hours after the end of the last service date on the booking (Jamaica time), then become available.

Payouts

Request a payout once your available balance is at least US$50. Standard payouts are processed within 72 hours of the request. Instant payouts are sent within 2 business hours, minus a 5% fee. Payouts go to the Jamaican bank account you provide.

Refunds

If a booking is refunded or declined during the hold, the pending earnings are cancelled automatically.

Chargebacks & proof of service

If a booking is refunded or charged back after your earnings unlock, you'll be asked to upload proof of service, such as a signed guest confirmation, dated photos or trip logs. If we approve it, you keep the earnings. If you don't provide it, or we reject it, the amount is reversed from your available balance.

After approval you'll also sign a full merchant agreement covering your business, insurance and licences. It uses the same rate and terms.
